This church was one of the way points we had to identify. Can you believe we missed it? Well you had to go further than the airport and fly over the town to see it.

Beautiful sunset at Radisson. Believe it or not, we hoped to see northern lights, but there was too much light in the town to see any stars.

Dam overflow run seen from the ground. Each step is 10 meters high.

The Dam is made of dirt and stones. Some vegetation now starts to grow on it.
-
The Dam overflow run seen from 2500 ft.
-
The bigger picture with how the Dam and overflow fit together.
-
This is the only time we met one of the other airplanes between stations. This amphibious airplane caught up to us so we used the occasion to take pictures of each other.
-
This was one of the other unusual sights we had to identify. A river running through a marsh.
-
Two of the three helicopters that were part of the rally. These are R44 and are flown by Gaston Lepage and his friend Norman Dubé.
-
Nicolas practicing his rock drilling.
-
In Chibougameau, we had to do ground competitions including activities which miners would do. This is shoveling sand. We also learned to operate a pneumatic rock drill.
