Here are places either with a restaurant on the field or within walking distance (ie: less than 20-30 minutes walk from the airport)

Les Cèdres, Québec(You already know their unicom frequency...) Restaurant upstairs at the airport but also a place across the road if it is closed. Close to Montréal, but outside controlled airspace, convenient for meeting people from the West end of Montréal. |
