Rockcliffe Flying Club now provides the convenience of an on-line booking system to its members. Our new system is a product called Flight Office, developed by Genav Systems for the aviation industry and in use in many clubs/schools across Canada and around the world.

This system is used at the club to manage aircraft and instructor scheduling, and is accessible through the Internet to allow you to check availability of these resources from the comfort of your home or office, and make bookings remotely.

Each RFC member has been assigned a user ID and password to allow her/him to log on to the system securely. We suggest that you change the password the first time you log on to something you will be able to remember easily. The user ID is generally composed of the first 6 letters of your surname and the first letter of your given name. So Peter Wabbit's ID would be "wabbitp".

The system will be only as good as the data in it. For that reason, we ask that you contact dispatch at 613 746 4425 or in person at the club to verify the data in your file and add information on your pilot qualifications. You will also be told at this time what your temporary password is or we can change it to something easy for you to remember.

The Internet access to Flight Office works only with Microsoft Internet Explorer as a browser. The first time you will access it, you will be asked to allow installation of a certain number of plug-ins, including an ActiveX feature. This will be originating from Genav Systems Ltd. Please allow these files to be installed. (Any time there is a new version of the system released, you may be asked to install software again.)
